Down Payment Assistance there are programs available at the following levels; Federal, State and City. Having a guide will help you to find resources that you qualify for.
- First Time Home Buyer (defined as has not purchased a home in 3 years)
- Single Parents
- Income level housing subsidy
which ever the case money is available and it can be in the form of a loan that turns grant over a specified time frame or it can be a pure loan, or a pure grant. Many options available.
